Emotional abuse. Physical abuse. Elder abuse. Financial abuse.
Abuse in all its forms is a huge problem for all of US in the Kimberley, where it’s ruining lives, breaking families, destroying communities and tearing US apart.
At the heart of abuse is US. US women. US men. US kids. US Elders. And only US, together, can make it stop. The US campaign is a call to action, raising awareness, uniting the community, and driving the change we need. It shows how US can be stronger, safer, happier, prouder and better, with a brighter future free from abuse. It gives US a voice to share how abuse affects US and calls on all of US to end it in the Kimberley.

Without abuse US is:
Happier
Abuse steals joy from our lives and communities. A Kimberley without abuse means US women, men, kids, and Elders, living with happiness and harmony. Together, US can break the cycle, rebuild bonds, and bring laughter and love back into our lives.
Healthier
Abuse harms our mental and physical well-being, leaving unseen scars. A Kimberley without abuse means US living healthier lives, free from fear and harm. Together, US can create a community where everyone can heal, grow, and thrive.
Stronger
Abuse weakens our community, leaving US divided and vulnerable. A Kimberley without abuse means US – individuals, families, and communities – standing united and strong. Together, US can build a future of trust, respect, and shared strength.
Safer
Prouder
Abuse has no place in our lives or in Aboriginal culture. A Kimberley without abuse lets US take pride in our heritage, traditions, and guiding principles. By honouring these values, US builds a community rooted in respect, unity, and cultural strength.
Brighter
A Kimberley without abuse means a brighter future for all of US. It’s a future where children grow up safe, families thrive, and communities flourish. Together, US can inspire hope and build a legacy of strength, resilience, and possibility.
Better
Abuse holds us back from living the lives we deserve. A Kimberley without abuse means US thriving with fairness, respect, and opportunity for all. Together, US can create a stronger, more connected community where everyone can do better and be better.
